What do I need to start using this app in my own business?
All you need is one of Apple's iPads and iTunes.

Will I need to have a Mac or PC?
Either. You use the app in conjunction with iTunes which can be downloaded for either Mac or PC.

Is there a subscription or any other fees aside from purchasing the app?
No, it is a one-time fee to purchase iProof Pro v1.0. Also, all 1.x version upgrades are free!

Will I still be able to use a projector for proofing?
Yes, iProof Pro has specifically been designed to work with projectors when it is needed. You will need a VGA Adaptor from Apple to connect your iPad to a projector. We have not had the capcity to test all projectors, but if your Photos app successfully connects to your projector, then iProof Pro will as well.

Will I be able to have multiple galleries of images?
Yes, you can have a gallery for each client, or organize your galleries as you see fit by naming your images as seen here.

Can I sort images with this app?
Absolutely. Using a Positive, Neutral, and Negative selection process, iProof Pro allows you to easily view and sort through selected images.

Are there any customization options in the app?
Yes! You can add your business name for it to display throughout the app, and you also have some control over the background and border options of your thumbnails.

Will my clients see the iProof Pro logo or advertising?
There is no advertising anywhere in iProof Pro. The only time you will see the iProof Pro logo is in the entrance screen. Once you click 'Enter' you will no longer see anything but your own photography business name displayed at the top of the app.

What if I want to show my clients a slideshow? With music?
Slideshows are just one of the tools within this app. You can select a playlist in your iTunes app and set your slideshows to play a playlist (or a single repeating song) while your slideshow plays. You also have control over the lengths and transitions of your slideshow.

Will the app save my information?
Yes, iProof Pro will automatically save as you go along. We do recommend that you select Email to ensure your selections are also saved off-site.

What about when my client wants to place an order?
This app was specifically designed around the idea of proofs. Essentially, iProof Pro is the technological substitute to showing clients printed proofs. Instead of holding small prints in their hand, they are holding a nearly 8x10 sized, beautifully displayed set of images. For those that would like to use the app to save orders, we have incorporated Photo Notes that will allow you to place notes on individual images. This can be used to make specific notes that a client requests (editing, crops, etc) and also to write collections, prices, or products a client is ordering.

How do I store the information off-site and get the selections/order to my client?
One of my favorite parts of this app is the Email option that will list out all your selections and notes and email it to yourself and anyone else you would like to add (employees, clients, etc).

Multiple Galleries
Include multiple galleries from different photo shoots directly on your iPad with no internet connection required. 		Photo Notes
Add notes about each photo to keep reminders, store orders, or make editing/cropping notes while proofing with your client.
Slideshows
Clients can experience their photos first before proofing. Watch the slideshow and listen to moving music before sorting through your images. 		Ratings
Positive, Neutral, and Negative ratings allow you to sort each image right there with your client. Select to view all positive to remove the clutter, and export your final selections.
