How to create multiple galleries.
*This step is no longer required to run the app. Images with other filenames will be placed in a default gallery.

The galleries are created depending on how you name your images. Name your images like this: GalleryName #.jpg This way Smith 01.jpg and Trevor 01.jpg will create two galleries named Smith and Trevor each with one image.

iProof Pro will automatically sort your images based on the image numbers. So you will want to be sure to have your images named in sequential order. If your images are not named correctly, the app may not function correctly.

You will want to batch rename your images in the program of your choice. I use Bridge to select the images I want in the gallery (usually all of them) and go to Tools > Batch Rename. The first line should be Text and filled in with the client's gallery name. The second line should be Sequence Number and however many digits you need (usually two or three digits).

Once you run your batch rename on your images, they are ready to be imported into iProof Pro.

Adding Images into iProofPro
Connect your iPad to your computer and open iTunes. Select your iPad under Devices in the left-hand menu bar. Select Apps in the tabs above. Scroll down to File Sharing and click on the iProof Pro icon. On the right is the section where you will organize your images by adding and deleting them.

To add photos:
Click the 'Add...' button and select the images that you have prepared. Click 'Open' and wait for the images to load. Then, Sync your iPad by clicking the Sync button at the bottom right.

To delete photos:
Simply select the photos you would like to delete and hit your 'delete' key on your keyboard.

Your galleries should now all be visable within iProof Pro and ready for proofing!

Customizing iProofPro
Open iProof Pro and select 'Settings'. You can fill out information including your Business Name and Default Email as well as select the Background and Border Colors to customize the experience using your style of photography.

You can also adjust settings for the Slideshow and whether or not you want your iPod music to play during the slideshow.
Multiple Galleries
Include multiple galleries from different photo shoots directly on your iPad with no internet connection required.
Photo Notes
Add notes about each photo to keep reminders, store orders, or make editing/cropping notes while proofing with your client.
Slideshows
Clients can experience their photos first before proofing. Watch the slideshow and listen to moving music before sorting through your images.
Ratings
Positive, Neutral, and Negative ratings allow you to sort each image right there with your client. Select to view all positive to remove the clutter, and export your final selections.
